At Petite Pet Shop, we want your stylish companion to have the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Wait

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
